Lead time

All Veermakers pieces are made to order, and our lead time is generally 12-14 weeks. There is an additional fee for rush orders. Please reach out to us, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Placing an order

Payment terms

We take a 50% non-refundable deposit to get started and the remaining 50% on the day of shipment. We require upfront payment in full on all orders under €4,000.

Damaged goods

We ask that you thoroughly inspect your piece(s) upon arrival. If the goods arrived damaged, we ask that you document the damage with detailed photos of the piece(s) and crate/box, both before and after removing the piece from the crate/box. Please note that damaged goods need to be reported within 24 hours upon arrival.

If the shipment is not booked by Veermakers, the goods are sold Ex Works. In this case, you will need to contact your freight forwarder to handle the claim. When we are responsible for shipping, each piece is fully insured. To initiate a claim we ask that you contact us within 24 hours upon delivery. Email us detailed photos as described above to logistics@veermakers.com


If you need to cancel your order, you must do so within 24 hours of placing it. We do not accept cancellations on rush orders that have been placed.

Return policy

Due to the nature of our work and the materials we use, we are not able to offer returns or exchanges on any of our pieces. We are happy to provide care instructions to help you keep your piece in beautiful condition.
